Jake Phillips, an Army Veteran, Father, Real Estate Agent and Investor, founded AEP in 2022 with the goal of pulling back the curtain on real estate sales and investing to ensure a smooth transaction and clear path forward to building wealth. 

 Nicholas Toro, a Problem-Solver, began his real estate journey in 2023 with a simple goal: to help homeowners sell with ease. He’s focused on making the process quick, stress-free, and built on trust. 

Our team started with the purchase of 3 houses, all needing a ton of work. We did most things the wrong way first and learned the expensive lessons.  Through trial by error, we build systems making each transaction easier and more profitable. Now, with over $1M assets under management, we want to extend our lessons learned to you.  

Our Mission is simple. Help other members of our community sell/ buy their home with ease and confidence , achieve financial independence through real estate, and help people out of a hard spot.
